The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me! This is something I have been wanting to try for sometime. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Culinary Arts and have worked for years in the food industry. I have opened and closed a few restaurants in the last 22 plus years and am now just a dabbler at home. I have lots of recipes that I want to play with but baking bread is probably my favorite. This blog won’t always be about just cooking, sometimes it may be more personal but I will try to be consistent and open. I will share some of my triumphs and I’m sure lots of my failures because isn’t that what life’s all about, both triumphs and failures? It’s all new and I’m hoping you want to join me on my journey. ♥
