In my house Sunday mornings are pretty low key. My husband always goes out to get me a Vanilla Latte from my favorite coffee shop, Florence Coffee Company. It started when I had pneumonia about 6 years back and was stuck in the house as a way to make me feel better and it has become a tradition. I love coffee. I mean really love it. I even had a coffee shop for about 6 years, but I don’t drink it daily anymore so this Sunday morning treat is always my favorite part of the week.
Do you have a favorite tradition that you take part in every week or every month or even once a year? I’d love to hear about it. I think traditions among Families or Parents and Kids or even Couples are a great way to strengthen bonds.
Next week I will spend more time on the subject and tell you a little more about some of my family traditions that are shared with food but for now I’m going to go enjoy my Sunday morning latte and quiet time with my husband.♥
