Ready for the Farmer’s Market

So excited that the Farmer’s Market in Missoula opens this weekend. It’s been unusually chilly this spring and there hasn’t been a chance to plant anything yet so I’m excited to be able to go downtown and go the Market and see what veggies might be available. One of the best things about living in Missoula is the ability to walk around downtown, especially on the weekends, as it has such a cool, fun vibe.

I’m hoping to find some fresh spring green onions or maybe some ramps and some mushrooms. They would both make amazing additions to a frittata or even just a simple omelet. I love to make breakfast on Sunday morning for Denny and I think he would enjoy it, especially after being at UM’s graduation all day on Saturday. I’ll be sure to share pictures of whatever I find and the recipe for what I decide to make on Sunday.

I also lost a bet to my Sister-in-Law during the NCAA Final Four and I owe her some brownies, so I need to make those these weekend as well. I think I have fun weekend planned and can’t wait for it to be Saturday finally.♥♥♥

  1. excited for our Farmers Market to open tomorrow morning, and it’s going to be a little warmer than it has been this week and no rain!! Can’t wait.
